Shuttle Podcasts is a podcast player for people who actually listen — on commutes, at the gym, doing the dishes — rather than for people who want another social feed. It is built around your subscriptions and your download queue, and it is designed to keep working when your connection does not.
There is no account to create. You subscribe to shows, the app fetches their feeds, and everything about your library stays on your device. Released on Google Play in 2026, with an iOS version in development.

Shuttle Music Player
Shuttle Music Player is a local music player for Android, built for people who keep their own library. If your music is a folder of files rather than a streaming subscription — bought downloads, ripped CDs, bandcamp purchases, recordings that were never on a streaming service — Shuttle is written for you.
First published on Google Play in 2013 and rebuilt from the ground up as Shuttle 2 in 2020, it scans your files, respects your tags and folder structure, and plays them back properly. Nothing is uploaded and no account is needed.
